Kwik Trip’s Petroleum Department is seeking a Fuel Account Support Analyst 1. In this role the individual will be responsible in assuring external on-site fuel delivery customers are managed and retained.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create orders for logistics
• Maintain reporting on delivery performances
• Report on KPI’s
• Retain external customer base
• Develop standard touch points to grow the Kwik Trip & customer partnership
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of petroleum industry standards
• Basic knowledge of fuel deliveries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Basic understanding of Transportation Operations and Logistics
• Ability to multi task and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday; evenings and daytime hours are required
