Kwik Trip is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and collaborative AI Program Manager to lead and advance our organization’s AI initiatives. This role serves as a critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI programs deliver measurable value and long-term impact.

• Lead end-to-end management of AI programs from ideation through deployment.
• Partner with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance of AI initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in program management, product strategy, or AI/ML leadership.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and industry-specific AI applications.
