Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, or negotiations as needed
• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical practice
