Join Epic as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney, supporting our expanding global operations and engaging in complex litigation across multiple practice areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk across various domains.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Provide proactive risk mitigation and strategic legal advice.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with US and international legal frameworks.
• Grow with the organization, taking on increased responsibility as you broaden your knowledge of the healthcare technology industry.

Qualifications:

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity and collaborative mindset.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
