• Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the gym.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, print advertising, and local outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies, graphic designers, and content creators to produce compelling promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
  • Drive promotion of gym memberships.
  • Conduct facility tours for potential new members.
• Gym Operations:
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage on‑site employees, including trainers, front desk staff, maintenance, and cleaning personnel.
  • Uphold operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, feedback, or issues promptly.
  • Maintain gym equipment, facilities, and amenities to high standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of member information, payments, and attendance.
  • Greet and assist gym guests, providing information about gym services, amenities, and membership packages.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering accurate and helpful information.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in marketing, gym management, sales, or related roles.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with a history of effectively leading and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
