** What this role is all about:
** We are looking for Assistant Line Leads in La Crosse, WI Schedule Options:
Assistant Line Lead arrives to the line 15+ minutes early prepared for the shift.
* 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
* 3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMThe Assistant Line Lead is responsible for carrying out various operator tasks in designated areas; including to provide shift coverage during employee breaks, vacations and for training other operators, or filling in for cross training.  The Assistant Line Lead will work in coordination with and in support of the Line Leader and all line specific functions as needed.

* Job Duties:

*** Train other workers on Operator tasks as needed.
* Read ingredients and count how many bags are on a pallet.
* Place scoops in cans/jars/buckets and place lids on cans/jars/buckets.
* Stack bags/cans of product as it comes off the various production lines.
* Seal bags/cans of product as it comes off the various production lines.
* Bag product as it comes off the various production lines.
* Dump bags of product into appropriate equipment on the various production lines.
* Sample product on various production lines as required.
* Be designated Line Leader during Line Leader absences.

** Our La Crosse, WI, plant is home to approximately 330 employees. This facility supplies the food, beverage, and nutritional industries with innovative functional ingredients and superior quality contract manufacturing services.

La Crosse, WI, is nestled between the Mississippi River and the rolling river bluffs.
