As a Press Operator, you’ll help produce high-quality packaging and label products while working alongside an experienced press team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Starting Wage: $23.96

Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

  • Week Two:
    Monday, Tuesday, Friday

What You’ll Do

The Press Operator is responsible for tasks that include:

  • Assists Lead Operator with production of the job run.
  • Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process.
  • Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies.
  • Cross-trains with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press.
  • Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or general education degree required
  • 2 or more years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good math and computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a production environment.

Physical Requirements: Must meet physical demands identified in work screen protocol, this includes lifting up to 70 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 90 pounds on an occasional basis;
Vision corrected to 20/40;
Must pass Ishihara Color Assessment.
