Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Foot Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team of top healthcare professionals. In this role you will support our resident needs and serve all of our assisted‑living communities.

• Must have completed the WI foot‑care certification course.
• Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Must have demonstrated interest in rheontological nursing including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care, and end‑of‑life care.
• Experience working in assisted living, long‑term care, and/or community health is beneficial, but not required – we will train the right fit for our team!
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Based on experience and qualifications.

• Available at 50+ hours/pay period:
