Scheduled Weekly

Hours:

60 hours per two weeks | Rotating 12‑hour Day/Night shifts (0630‑1900 / 1830‑0700);
Every third weekend;
Two holidays per year

• Provide compassionate, trauma‑informed and evidence‑based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors.
• Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Active and unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
• Preferred: 1+ year of RN experience, ideally in mental health
• Current Infant‑Adult BLS for Health Care Providers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Starting pay of $38.01/hour + experience‑based increases
