We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven and experienced long-term care director of nursing to join our team e Convent in La Crosse. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in a less regulated environment where we provide exceptional relationship-centered care. The director of nursing will uphold the FSPA mission and core values while advocating for care excellence and demonstrating passionate leadership.

As the director of nursing, you will:

• provide visionary leadership to the nursing team,
• demonstrate exceptional relationship-centered care for the sisters,
• develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with nursing best practices and
• foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:

• dedication to fostering the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of others,
• demonstrate success in a nursing leadership role with a passion for working with older populations,
• a commitment to relationship-centered care,
• a nursing license to work in Wisconsin,
• a minimum of five years of experience and
