Nurses in Hospice provide compassionate care that encompasses the needs of the patient and their caregivers through end‑of‑life transitioning. Hospice is available for adult and pediatric patients within a 50‑mile radius of La Crosse and provides inpatient level of care for those patients who need short‑term symptom management. The multidisciplinary team consists of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides.

This is a full‑time, salaried position.

72 hours every two weeks, approximately 8 shifts every two weeks.

Daytime hours with rotating every third weekend, holiday coverage and on‑call coverage for some evening and night shifts.

RN licensure required to work in the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
