Resident Care Night Supervisor

Resident Care Night Supervisor – Eagle Crest Communities (La Crosse, WI)

Full‑time, 80 hours per 2‑week pay period. Shift: NOC – Sunday – Thursday 11 pm – 7 am, with occasional weekend on‑call.

• Supervise the overnight care team and ensure resident care and safety.
• Take responsibility for the facility during the shift.
• Perform essential functions of a Resident Care Assistant.
• Communicate with care teams and coordinate resident programs and services.
• Uphold the mission statement and core values of Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc.

• 3 years of Resident Care Assistant experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory/leadership qualities, time‑management, and assessment abilities.
• At least 21 years of age and capacity to respond to resident needs.
• Basic computer skills (e‑mail, internet, Microsoft Office); experience with electronic recordkeeping preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Starting wages $20.00‑$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Increases upon orientation completion.
• Additional $3.00/hr NOC, plus weekend shift differential, on‑call and pick‑up incentives.
• Regular wage reviews – high performance rewarded.
