Job Summary

Gundersen Health System is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its 34‑bed Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.

Schedule: 0.6 FTE, 48 hours bi‑weekly; 12‑hour night shifts (6:30 pm–7:00 am); every third weekend and three holidays per year.

Compensation: $18.09 per hour plus experience; shift, weekend, and holiday differentials: PM $0.75, Night $1.75, Weekend $1.50; 40‑hour flex overtime computation; top‑rated retirement and health benefits.

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor patient behavior and promptly report changes.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, valid within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
