s include Full‑time and Part‑time opportunities. Full‑time: 68+ hours per 2‑week pay period;
Part‑time: 13+ hours per 2‑week pay period. Casual Call schedules allow you to create your own part‑time schedule with 3 shifts a month and 1 weekend per month.

Available shifts vary across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will receive every other weekend and every other holiday off. Shift examples:

• 6:45 am–2:15 pm; 7:30 am–2:30 pm
• 2:00 pm–9:00 pm; 3:45 pm–11:15 pm
• 11:00 pm–7:00 am (NOC)

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
• Other responsibilities may include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.
• Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities, and document daily care.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment focused on resident safety and well‑being.

• Previous direct care experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience in any state preferred.
• CBRF Certification preferred.

• Starting rate between $18.50 and $22.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with increases after orientation completion.
• Additional compensation includes $0.75/hr PM, $3.00/hr NOC, weekend shift differential, and on‑call or pick‑up incentives.
• Regular wage reviews—performance based.

• Previous direct care experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience.
• CBRF Certification(s).
