This part‑time LPN position is located in the Health Center in La Crosse, WI.
The role requires a set 20 hours per week and is expected to start at the end of April 2026.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice.
- Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observe reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
- Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
- Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited program, associate’s degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
- Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice (required).
- Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (required).
- At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.
