Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) Registered Nurse for our 12 bed Pediatric Unit and 4 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This is your opportunity to provide patient and family centered care in a healing environment while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin.
What you will do:- 0.9 FTE (72 hours/every 2 weeks)
- 12-hour shifts, Day/Night rotation, every 3rd weekend and holiday
- Care for pediatric patients with acute or chronic medical conditions & care for pediatric patients requiring ICU level of care provide including traumas, diabetic emergencies, trachs and more
- Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of highly skilled RNs, Hospitalists, Intensivists, Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Health Unit Coordinators, and other support staff.

- Have your voice heard through our Nursing Shared Governance Councils
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree Nursing
- RN license to work in Wisconsin upon hire
- BLS for health care providers
- 1 year RN experience
- 1 year RN PICU experience preferred
- Minimum one year recent PICU RN experience.
- Sign on bonus paid after 6 months of employment at Gundersen Health System.
- Must be a new or retuning employee to GHS.
