Join the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health role at Commonheart
. We are growing in your area and looking for dedicated nurses who want to provide mission‑driven, dignified and compassionate care. The role includes paid drive time and company vehicle.
Job Type: Full‑time or 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of La Crosse, Wisconsin
Salary: $26.50–$30.75 per hour
Requirements- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
