Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin welcomes Fall/Winter 2026 RN graduates to our ICU orientation program within Emplify Health by Gundersen. You will rotate through Med/Surg with three immersion ICU shifts every six weeks to accelerate your critical care career.
Fulltime position with 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE), 12-hour day/night rotations, and weekend/holiday considerations. You will join a mission-driven team and receive support from Clinical Nurse Leaders and experienced mentors.
