Dishwasher - Charmant Hotel

Geronimo Hospitality Group, an award‑winning boutique hospitality group, is looking for a Dishwasher to support our food operations at Charmant Hotel.

As a Dishwasher, you will sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to kitchen and banquet areas. You will expedite clean items to the cook line as needed and help maintain a clean, safe working environment.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion as they enter the dishroom.
• Soak and scrub dishes that require heavy cleaning.
• Remain focused on designated tasks during prime service hours.
• Assist with chopping and preparing food when the station is ready.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Practice safe knife handling; seek training from the Chef if needed.
• Scrape, sort, and load the dishwasher.
• Return all cleaned dishes, glassware, etc. to the proper locations.
• Maintain basic preventative maintenance of dishwashing equipment and communicate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef when issues arise.
• Perform trash removal as needed.
• Perform other food preparation duties as directed by the Sous or Executive Chef.
• Open and close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assist others in closing the kitchen. Do not leave until a manager has inspected your station.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be ready to help create a positive experience for our guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
