We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This part-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with an estimated weekly commitment of 20 hours.

The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation and packing, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and efficiently sorting and organizing products.

• Assist with food preparation and packing of items following established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.
• Support the kitchen team in adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.
• Assist with the receiving and inspection of deliveries.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work 20 hours per week as scheduled.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate loads when necessary.
