• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.
• Manage staffing and paperwork.
• Control costs, cash, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Deliver great customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Provide transportation to/from work.
• Ensure store cleanliness and marketing efforts.
• Drive profitability.
