Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager (Brand: Spencer's) is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense and shrinkage control, and merchandising and inventory management in adherence to company policies.

Minimum age: 18. Involves >8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience required.

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

• Prior retail and/or management experience.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs for >8 hrs.
