Description: The Field Advisor will support daily operations by performing roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, completing digital reporting, collaborating with Field Support to improve processes, and performing related duties as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region with potential overnight travel; hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
• Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
