• Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solution
• Prepare and install home or business services (e.g., attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency)
• Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Complete all required service-related documentation using the provided handheld device for speed and accuracy

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different weather conditions
