Field Operator in Training — Rail Flaw Detection

Sperry Rail, Inc. in La Crosse, Wisconsin seeks a Certified Operator Trainee to train and develop into a Certified Operator for Rail Flaw Detection (RFD). The role requires extensive travel (3–4 months at a time) across eastern or western US, with paid training and progression to a base salary once certified.

Eligible candidates will undergo paid hands-on training and may lead crews after certification, with travel and lodging expenses covered by Sperry.
