La Crosse Warming Center Shelter Lead Staff
We are currently looking to fill Shelter Lead Staff positions at the Warming Center in La Crosse working with our community homeless population. The Lead Staff assists in the operations and provides shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations.
Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.
Shifts
Mornings: 5-8 am every other weekend and on-call
Intake:
Every other Sat and Sun night from 6:30-10:30 pm and on-call throughout the week intake shifts
Overnight:
Sun, Mon, and Tue overnight 10:30 pm-6 am
Overnight:
Wed and Thur overnight 10:30-6:30 am with every other Friday overnight
