Outpatient Urgent Care Opportunity in La Grande, ORWe are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented physician to join our Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic in a picturesque Pacific Northwest community. - Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($300k+), including: - Annual quality incentives up to $45k - RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus: $30,000
- Annual CME: $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time

- Paid malpractice insurance Position Details
- Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic
- Clinic open 10 hours daily, Monday through Sunday, with 4 shifts per week
- Average 25-30 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients daily
- Brand new facility (opened Fall 2020) with x-ray on site
- Full-time, permanent position
- Utilizes Epic EMR Community DetailsLocated in a scenic Pacific Northwest community, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains and surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges. The area features:
- Above-average school system (as rated by Great Schools.org)
- A variety of outdoor activities, including: - Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt. Emily Recreation Area (MERA) extensive hiking/biking trails on the outskirts of La Grande - Ladd Marsh Nature Trail and Wildlife Area wildlife watching, game bird hunting, walking, and biking paths - Historic Hot Lake Springs one of the largest hot springs in the world - Wallowa Lake Recreation Area just 1.5 hours away in neighboring Wallowa County - Anthony Lakes beautiful alpine lakes and trails for summer and winter activities Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a strong team member who:
