Locums CRNA Clinic + Call La Grande, ORWhy This Role

• Independent CRNA practice in a collaborative, team-oriented hospital setting
• Wide case mix including OB, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, and GI
• Scenic rural community with strong hospital and OR support
Assignment Details
• Start Date:
  
  January 1, 2026
• End Date: 3-6-month assignment
• Coverage Type:
  Clinic + Call
• Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday - Call:
One 24-hour beeper call per week + one weekend call per month - Call response time: 30 minutes
• Setting:
  Critical Access Hospital (3 ORs, cysto suite, endoscopy suite)
• EMR:
  Epic
• Privileges:
  Required
• Estimated Credentialing: 60-90 days
• OR Volume: 2-4 ORs daily; 5-20 cases/day
• Supervision:
  Independent practice model with oversight from 1 anesthesiologist
Requirements
• NBCRNA Certified
• Active Oregon license (or in process)
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
Clinical Details
• OB:
  Labor epidurals, spinals, C-sections
• Regional anesthesia:
  Spinals, epidurals, ultrasound-guided blocks
• General anesthesia: IV, inhalation, TIVA, MAC
• Procedures:
  Intubation, LMAs, central lines, peripheral nerve blocks
• Case Mix:
  General surgery, orthopedics (including total joints), ENT, podiatry, urology, OB/GYN, healthy peds dental/ENT, GI/endoscopy
• No cardiac, neuro, or major spine
