• Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($490k+), including:
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
• Commencement bonus: $40,000
• Annual CME: $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time

Position Details
• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Provider schedule:
  Four 10-hour days per week
• Average of 13-17 patients per day
- Scribe available for providers averaging 15+ patients daily who intend to continue increasing capacity
• 11 exam rooms
• 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment
• 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
• Behavioral health services on-site for consultation and warm handoff
• 1:3 call schedule
• Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
• Full-time, permanent position
• Epic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settings
