  Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred. Types of cases:
  Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine. Licenses and
