Who Are We?

Mountain Valley Therapy is located in the heart of Eastern Oregon, nestled in the picturesque Grande Ronde Valley. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, our community offers a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. From hiking and biking to camping, fishing, hunting, birdwatching, morel foraging, snow sports, and more—Eastern Oregon is a haven for adventure. If you’re passionate about the outdoors and enjoy the tranquility of rural living, we’d love to connect with you.

At Mountain Valley Therapy, healing is at the core of what we do. We understand that recovery is deeply personal, and our team of skilled professionals is here to guide you every step of the way. Our dedicated staff includes Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists, offering expertise in over 20 specialized areas. These include on-site Aquatic Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Visceral Mobilization, and ASTYM, among others.

We believe in working with just 1 patient per hour. That’s why our motto is 1 patient equals 1 hour. We don’t double book and we don’t have you hand off your patient or see multiple patients at a time. If you work an 8-hour day you won’t treat more than 8 patients.

Our goal is to restore the joy of living through compassionate, individualized care while fostering meaningful connections within our community. We also believe in cultivating a positive, supportive workplace where our team can thrive. From celebrating milestones to engaging in fun activities like fantasy football, March Madness brackets, and holiday parties, we prioritize taking care of our staff so they can provide the best care for our patients.

If this resonates with you, the team at Mountain Valley Therapy would love to meet you.
