Locum Tenens Cardiology APP – Northeastern Oregon / Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Locums
Cardiology locums assignment in scenic northeastern Oregon, serving a close-knit community at a critical access hospital. This weekday-only role offers consistent clinic hours, collaborative physician support, and meaningful patient relationships—without call.
Why This Assignment- Dates: Ongoing;
two Monday–Friday weeks per month (non-consecutive OK) - Schedule: 8:00a–5:00p, no call
- Outpatient cardiology clinic at a Level IV Trauma Center
- Daily volume of 12–15 patients with focused, high-quality care
- Interpret stress tests, EKGs, and echocardiograms
- Work alongside an MD with NP support in a two-room clinic
- EMR:
Epic - Strong autonomy with physician collaboration
- Travel: Paid travel & expenses included
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Board-certified NP or PA-C with a minimum 2 years of recent cardiology experience
- Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed
- Current DEA
- BLS and ACLS certifications
