• Competitive Total Compensation: $390K+
• Excellent base salary

• Schedule:
  
  Four 10-hour days per week
• Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
• 5 FTE group, including one CRNA providing pain management services

• Level IV Trauma Center within a growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
• Brand-new surgical floor as part of a 96,000 sq. ft. hospital expansion
• 5 operating suites, 2 endoscopy suites (can flex to 2 additional ORs)
• 15 pre/post-op rooms and 7 PACUs
