The Split Role
This full-time (40 hours/week) position keeps your work dynamic and engaging by perfectly blending clinical strategy with hands‑on leadership:
24 Hours - MDS Coordinator: Champion the RAI process, ensure accurate documentation, and protect our compliance standard.
16 Hours - Resident Care Manager (RCM): Mentor floor staff, collaborate on care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

What You Bring to the Team
An active, unencumbered RN license in Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity).
A heart for Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environments.
Hands‑on familiarity with the MDS/RAI process (highly preferred).
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a major plus.
An organized, collaborative spirit and a passion for teaching others.
