Acosta Group is hiring a Walmart Retail Specialist to represent Premium and Premium’s client brands in Walmart stores. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, merchandising quality, and promotional displays to meet client expectations.

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will drive product availability and brand visibility in Walmart stores. Your responsibilities include:

• Locate merchandise in the backroom and move products to the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to ensure shelves look their best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials, bring them to the store, and install them as directed.
• Build displays to showcase client products.
• Use Premium’s field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and log work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Merchandise brands you know and love across a variety of categories.
• Variety in job tasks – you won’t get stuck doing the same thing every day.
• Independence in day‑to‑day work.
• Training and certification provided by retail experts.

• Own your store(s) as the face of Premium.
• Work independently while being part of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices through Premium’s communication channels.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with store challenges.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow instructions closely.
• Meet age and physical requirements.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reporting work the same day you complete it.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
