An Anytime Fitness Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) primarily helps members achieve a healthier lifestyle. The role involves creating and conducting safe, effective exercise programs for diverse participants. PFTs should be proficient in fitness program design, instruction, and motivating behavior change. Responsibilities include servicing Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Small Group Training, Virtual Training, and other club initiatives. Building relationships with members to enhance retention and providing guidance, education, and encouragement are key aspects of the role.

PFTs are expected to deliver a personable customer experience, maintain club cleanliness, support sales and marketing efforts, and proactively engage inactive members to improve retention.
