• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness prior to the shift and throughout the day/evening.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Assist with kitchen food preparation as assigned.
• Arrive to workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain, or ensure maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; keep equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Immediately report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Dish or sanitation experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong focus on cleanliness.
• Great organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in all food safety guidelines.
