The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible work hours.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and complete tasks such as planograms, resets, and merchandise standards accurately and timely.
• Perform store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, and merchandise assembly.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work on hard surfaces, moderate noise levels.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

• Travel as needed, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving merchandise throughout the store.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be able to handle contact with birds/poultry.
