• Competitive salary and uncapped commissions. Training salary starts at $2000 bi‑weekly during the initial 12 weeks; base wage between $38,000 and $45,000 plus uncapped commissions. Potential to earn well over $100,000 annually.

Represent the company at trade association meetings and conferences, promote products and services, generate leads from the call center, and generate leads yourself to grow commissions to uncapped limits in an exciting and fun environment.

• Become a smart prospector to generate sales leads through observable residential prospecting.
• Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point on services that benefit the customer and the company profit base.
• Work diligently to close deals with clients within a measurable time period.
• “Crush” quotas and achieve monthly sales goals with a drive to increase potential.
• Work as a member of the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge across the company.
• Satisfy your customers’ needs with individualized service and support.

• Minimum age 18
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 years of sales experience in home services preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

• Must obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces.
• Must work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license throughout employment.
