Install Technician

In this role, you'll help bring clients' dream spaces to life by installing motorized exterior screens, under‑deck roof systems, pergolas, and interior motorized shades. • Assist in the installation of:
  • Motorized and fixed exterior screens
  • Under‑deck roof systems
  • Pergolas
  • Interior motorized shades
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to complete residential installation projects
• Ensure top‑tier craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction on every job site
• Safely use ladders and hand/power tools for accurate measurements and installations
• Communicate professionally with customers during onsite work
• Travel to job sites throughout the Louisville area

• Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in exterior construction (trim carpentry, roofing, etc.)
  • Ability to pass background and reference check
  • Experience with motorized screens and/or interior shades preferred
  • Proficiency using power tools (e.g., tape measure, circular saw, hammer drill)
  • Comfortable with heights and using ladders
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Basic iPad knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Preferred (Not Required):
  • Familiarity with Builder Trend software
  • Experience using G‑Suite tools
