Senior Actuarial Analyst

• Perform complex actuarial work for rate making, reserving, and modeling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to present pricing and reserving recommendations
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and impacts for the employer
• Lead and participate in special projects, addressing unique operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Create and enhance data visualizations and reports to support decision-making processes

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, or statistics
• Minimum of two years of actuarial experience; relevant internship experience will be considered
• Completion of Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) requirements and at least two actuarial exams
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and financial mathematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and knowledge of programming languages such as SQL

• Experience in Pricing or Reserving in at least two lines of business
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with P&C organization structures, including claims and underwriting processes
• Ability to effectively lead a team and drive projects to completion
