Overview

Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service at Thriveworks (La Habra, CA). Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

• Provide mental health services to clients through telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Participate in a clinician-led, collaborative environment focused on delivering quality care.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
• Strong character matters — integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Up to $115,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week
