Distribution Center Operations Supervisor - 1st shift

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor is the front line connection leading approximately 30+ warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets.

In this role, you will drive daily work execution and monitor work performance, and will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leveraging continuous‑improvement thinking. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overall leadership and operations.

** This is a 1st shift position:
Monday‑Friday, 3:30 am PST‑12:30 pm PST, with additional flexibility needed for overtime when required by business needs**

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a distribution center or production environment
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
