As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Sell new and used vehicles to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Conduct test drives with customers
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to read and comprehend instructions.

• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations governing retail sales in the state of Colorado.
• Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer.
• Ability to foster harmony and teamwork with the Sales Department and other departments.
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in products.
• Ability to resolve all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be able to study and pass the Sales Mastery Exam through the state of Colorado.
