Location: Off I-45, about 15 minutes from Galveston and 30 minutes from Houston

Position Type: Full-Time

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. Your role is to provide a seamless and outstanding service experience, from the moment a customer steps in, to the time their vehicle is ready for pickup. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, explaining the necessary services, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist them with your service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
• Provide clear, honest, and detailed explanations of services and repairs needed.
• Offer recommendations for preventative maintenance and other services.
• Maintain open communication with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their experience exceeded their expectations.
• Uphold our shop's reputation for integrity and high-quality service.

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
