As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. Your role is to provide a seamless and outstanding service experience, from the moment a customer steps in, to the time their vehicle is ready for pickup. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, explaining the necessary services, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist them with their service needs.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.

Provide clear, honest, and detailed explanations of services and repairs needed.

Offer recommendations for preventative maintenance and other services.

Maintain open communication with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.

Follow up with customers to ensure their experience exceeded their expectations.

Uphold our shop's reputation for integrity and high-quality service.

Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.

Valid driver’s license.
