Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; and maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain operational excellence and a clean work area; ensure quality and date control standards for meat products; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; contribute energy, commitment, and passion for the work; advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member experience.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans and the Open Door Policy in your work.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and adapt to change and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
