You will be the heart of our front end, helping to create a positive experience for members. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate members interact with. You will be responsible for running registers and supporting the self-checkout experience. Work can be fast-paced, especially in evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You may juggle several tasks while assisting members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed
• Assist members with payments and transactions using registers or self-checkout areas
• Assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and guiding self-service technology
• Keep the work area clean, neat, and member-ready
• Support a fast, accurate checkout experience and handle multiple tasks efficiently
