Multi Sport Preschool Coach

Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $30.00/yr

New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week, earn $25 per hour, up to $30 per hour. Our programs come with ready‑made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress‑free.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate success.
• Coach is open‑minded, seeks feedback, attends regular trainings, and follows the Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

The majority of classes are held during morning and early afternoon hours and weekends. Candidate availability:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm & 2:00-5:00 pm
• Weekends: 8:00 am-1:00 pm

Classes are held across pre‑schools/day‑care centers, parks, recreational centers, and elementary schools. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Complete a minimum of 12 semester units of coursework in early childhood education or child development (excluding field work), including at least one course of at least three semester units in each of the following core areas:

• Child/human growth and development. ECE 100
• Child, family, and community, or child and family relations. ECE 200
• Programs/curriculum. ECE 400
• Principles and Practices. ECE 600
