Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is seeking a responsible, Full‑Time Coach who wants to develop others as well as themselves. They will have the opportunity to learn leadership skills by training, assisting, and supporting a team of coaches, while inspiring young children on the field through their own classes. They will also be cross‑trained in Operations and Marketing to provide excellent customer service both on the field, in the community, and on the phone.

• Coach 25-30 Soccer Shots classes a week
• Attend Professional Development and Leadership trainings and meetings
• Act as the first sub to support team members
• Provide a remarkable customer service experience on the field and in the office
• Reach out to families with Community Field Phone Calls (CFPCs)
• Assist families in the enrollment process
• Maintain and keep track of coaching inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized office space for all
• Field Administrator for season launches
• Attend coaching meetings every month to develop coaching skills

• Completed 90 days or a full season as a Soccer Shots Head Coach
• Enrolled or completed 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
• Minimum of 1-3 years commitment
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to travel to classes all over San Diego County
• The ability to communicate with the Soccer Shots office while on the field
• Proof of a TB test within the past 2 years from the date of hire OR proof of a TB test taken within 6 months after the hire date; proof of a new TB test must be taken every 2 years
• Proof of Pediatric CPR Certification must be completed within 2 months of the start date;
  Pediatric CPR Certification must be reissued every 2 years
• Completion of the Mandated Reporter Training; certification required
• Continued training in Child Development, Education, and Leadership
• Availability 90% of Soccer Shots business hours and Saturdays are required

• Full‑Time position includes (upon completion of 12 ECE units)
  • 17 paid holidays
  • 5.4 days per year of accrued vacation
  • 10 hours of PTO per year worked at each annual anniversary
  • Sick time is accumulated up to 40 hours/year
• 30-40 hours per week, plus mileage reimbursement (.725/mile)
• Monthly cell phone reimbursement
  • Without ECE units - $30
  • With ECE units - $60
• ECE tuition reimbursement
